Description

Crafted by lightly filtering the fermented moromi (mash) to leave behind just enough lees in the sake to maintain its original white colour, body and texture. Produced in small batches, ZENKURO Nigori is fresh yet silky smooth, and goes particularly well with spicier and richer dishes.
